Vendor Requirements
Join us for our Haitian Flag Day Celebration on Saturday, May 17th, 2025, at Archbishop Joseph A. Fiorenza Park East in Houston, TX!
Vendor Requirements
To ensure a smooth and successful event, all food vendors must meet the following requirements before being approved:
✅ Food Handler’s Permit – Required for all individuals handling food.
✅ Temporary Food Dealer’s Permit – Necessary for those selling food at temporary events.
✅ Mobile Food Unit (MFU) Permit – Required for food trucks or trailers.
✅ Temporary Food Permit – Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.
⚠️ Vendor Approval Process
- All food vendors must submit a deposit before being approved.
- Vendors who do not meet the necessary requirements will not be permitted to sell food at the event.
Vendor Fees
🔹 HHU Members: Non-Food: $100 | Food: $250
🔹 Non-HHU Members: Non-Food: $150 | Food: $350
🔹 Informational Vendors: No cost (must provide own table and chairs).
